Overview
Casa Alessa is a two bedroom townhouse built on two levels and has been recently renovated to a high standard. Located in a prime position in the heart of Vale do Lobo and only a stones throw away from the beautiful beach and Praca. Casa Alessa is a great choice for a beach holiday in the Algarve!
Air conditioning and pool towels are included in the weekly rental rate.
Living Areas
The open plan kitchen and lounge are modern in design. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and four stools and appliances including a toaster, kettle, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, four induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and grill, extractor and a fridge freezer. The lounge with comfortable sofa seating, a large flat screen, Smart TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels, please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc) and split unit air conditioning.
The washing machine and dryer are in a separate cupboard.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms are situated on the next level accessed via a few stairs - Bedroom one is a double room (single beds pushed together) with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
The sun terrace has four sun loungers for you to relax on soaking up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is a charcoal BBQ and comfy outdoor sofa, a dining table with seating for four people.

Just a few minutes’ stroll from the shops, restaurants and bars of the Praca and the gorgeous golden beach.
The development of Vale do Lobo boasts two golf courses, tennis centre, Leisure Club, shops, bars, restaurants and much more!
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel, and linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
