Overview
Villa Bonito is a newly refurbished three-bedroom townhouse built on four levels and upgraded to offer all the comforts of modern living making the property a very comfortable holiday retreat. Located in a sought after area, just a few minutes walk from the golden Vale do Lobo beach and the bars, restaurants, and shops at the ‘Praca’.
Fibre optic internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
On the lower level of the property you will find the open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen area furnished with a sofa & an armchair, a flat-screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports and a dining table with seating for six people.
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas cooker with four gas rings, electric oven and grill, extractor, juicer, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine is in an exterior cupboard on the first level courtyard.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Both bedrooms one and two are on the first level. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms one and two share the adjacent family shower room with a walk-in shower unit.
Stairs lead up to the upper level where you will find bedroom three, this is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and patio doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the communal gardens. There is an adjacent full bathroom. Further stairs lead up to the roof terrace.
Outside Space
The front terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs. The roof terrace with sea views is furnished with a table and seating for six people, comfy sofa seating and a gas BBQ.
Location
Great location- the lively Praca with its bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance- as is the main Vale de Lobo golf club reception where you will find shops, a spa, and the clubhouse.
Vale do Lobo is a popular resort situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The development has two golf courses, a tennis centre, shops, and restaurants. Water sports, horse riding, and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive of the development.
Other Items
Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
