Villa Carmo is a recently renovated, immaculate example of a classic three bedroom townhouse, upgraded to offer all the comforts of modern living. The property is a comfortable holiday retreat, just a few minutes walk from the golden Vale do Lobo beach and the bars, restaurants and shops at the ‘Praca’.
Living Areas
Enter the property into the bright dining area with a table and seating for 6 people, to the left is the well equipped kitchen which contains all the necessary appliances, including a built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, manual juicer, coffee percolator, toaster, kettle, electric hob with 4 rings, electric oven and grill. Off the kitchen is a small utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Up 3 steps to the lounge which provides the main living space and has ample comfortable seating, complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, a DVD player (small selection of DVD's available), patio doors lead directly to a small terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor you will find bedroom one, this is a double room with fitted wardrobes, digital safe and split unit air conditioning, en suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower unit. Upstairs you will find bedrooms two and three, bedroom two is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning, bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedroom share the adjacent shower room. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs.
Outside Space
For ‘al fresco’ chefs there is a charcoal barbecue and terraces to the front and rear of the property provide ample space to relax and enjoy a meal out of doors. There is also a small terrace mid way upstairs which has a table and 2 chairs.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
