Overview
Townhouse Seraphina is an attractively furnished three bedroom property, centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, within close and easy walking distance of the beautiful golden beaches & Praca. The development boasts two golf courses, a tennis centre, Spa, shops, bars and restaurants. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The kitchen is modern in design and has appliances including a toaster, Dulce Gusto coffee maker and a percolator, electric oven and grill, four gas hobs, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and extractor fan. The dining area has a table and seating for six people. Four steps up to the lounge which is complete with sofa seating and two arm chairs, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing many English channels including BBC & ITV. (Bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). For winter rentals the property has a gas pellet fire (you need to buy your own pellets from the local supermarkets).
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor and is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with an electric towel rail. Upstairs to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share a full family bathroom with an electric towel rail.
Outside Space
The Upstairs terrace has sea views and includes sun loungers and a table and chairs, on the front terrace there is a table with seating for six and further sun loungers. At the rear of the villa there is a another terrace with additional sunbathing space.

Just a few minutes’ stroll from the shops, restaurants and bars of the Praca and the gorgeous golden beach.

Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, usually Mon, Wed & Thu (except Portuguese holidays); with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels (to use on your sun loungers) and the safe are included.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
