Villa Lanesra is an exceptional four-bedroom property with a private swimming pool which has been elegantly designed over two levels and tastefully furnished throughout. Situated in a prime location within the resort, this stunning villa offers convenient access to a nearby supermarket, local amenities, and the world-renowned Vale do Lobo golf courses, including the prestigious Royal and Ocean courses.

In 2024, Villa Lanesra underwent extensive upgrades to further enhance your stay. The outdoor space now boasts a stylish new gazebo, modern garden furniture, and exciting entertainment options such as a football table and table tennis table, perfect for creating memorable family moments. Air conditioning throughout & fibre optic Wi-Fi internet both included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining area have been completely redecorated with new furnishings including a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), comfortable sofa seating, and a dining table with seating for eight people. Large patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

The spacious kitchen is complete with a central island and two accompanying stools and is fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer, integrated electric oven & microwave, four gas hobs, an extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cafeteria, sandwich maker, hand blender, and a dishwasher. Patio doors lead to a totally enclosed courtyard garden with a table tennis table and a football table for added entertainment. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumbler dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a convenient cloakroom near the entrance.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV which mirrors the same channels as the lounge TV and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors lead to the pool. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV which again mirrors the same channels as the lounge's TV and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the kitchen courtyard.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three and the master suite. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, safe, and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors lead to an extensive furnished terrace with panoramic views over the Royal Golf Course. Bedroom four is the master double suite with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a sofa and an ensuite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors lead to the large terrace shared with bedroom three.

Outside Space

The extensive garden is laid to lawn and surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. The poolside terrace has been re-tiled and furnished with eight new comfortable sun loungers, two double sun loungers and two parasols. The private swimming pool measures approx. 12m x 5m with steps for convenient entry and can be heated for a weekly supplement, there is also a pool cover to help retain the heat at night. There is an outside shower to rinse off before or after your swim! The covered terrace from the lounge features a large table with seating for eight people. The newly constructed gazebo is complete with a gas BBQ, fridge and a sink and is furnished with a large table with seating for twelve people. From the BBQ area, steps lead up to a further seating spot with a round table and chairs, two recliner's and a parasol. From the poolside, steps lead up to the upper terrace with fantastic golf course views and furnished with comfortable outside rattan seating, two recliners and two sun loungers. The courtyard off the kitchen houses the table tennis table and football table ideal for fun family tournaments.

Location

Villa Lanesra benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. Villa Lanesra is within close walking distance of the supermarket (5 minutes) and the famous Praca and its stunning beach (10 minutes). The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy.

A maid service is provided, excluding weekends and public holidays. Changeover day is Saturday peak season.
