Villa Theo in Vale do Lobo is a delightful 3 bedroom villa with air conditioning, a heat-able pool and a spectacular ocean view. This villa is a smart and comfortable holiday base. Villa Mimosa backs onto the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf course.

Living Areas
Decorated and furnished in modern style with contemporary artworks, Villa Theo combines comfort, character and convenience. An entrance hall, with guest cloakroom, gives access to the villa accommodation. The main living space is a large attractive lounge with a separate dining area. The well equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc.
Back to the living room, you have satellite TV, a CD/cassette player, a DVD player and sliding doors leading out onto the covered patio.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor consists of one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, served by a separate shower room. Upstairs is a spacious master twin bedroom with seating area, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit and French windows onto the balcony – another opportunity to appreciate the lovely sea view.
Outside Space
The pretty terraced pool deck is framed by a profusion of flowering shrubs, with an unspoilt view over the fairway to the sea. The kidney shaped pool (6.4m x 3.2m) can be heated for a weekly supplement and the area also has a barbecue.
Location
It’s a short stroll to the beach, with the restaurants and bars of the Praca also within easy walking distance.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
