Overview

Villa Amoreira is a three bedroom villa with a large private pool located close to the coast in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo and within close walking distance of the famous Praca. This property benefits from a lovely spacious exterior terrace with a swimming pool which is gated for safety at the top of the steps from the terrace, making this property a particularly good choice for families with young children.

The villa has Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the spacious lounge with ample comfy sofa seating; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc); split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the partially covered terrace.

The kitchen is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, four gas hobs, electric oven & grill, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster, juicer and a dishwasher. Patio doors open onto a clothes drying area and the utility cupboard that houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, and patio doors opening onto the garden. En suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom three has twin beds and a single bed built-in above the double so this room can sleep an extra child up to 12 years of age upon prior request and confirmation from the owner; split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms two and three share the separate family bathroom with a shower.

Outside Space

There is a gate at the top of the steps that lead down to the pool, the pool measures approx. 9m x 5m and has steps entry. The pool terrace is complete with eight sun loungers for your to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine and there are three parasols if you prefer a little shade. The partially covered terrace is complete with a gas BBQ and a dining table, with seating for six people. Steps lead up to the private roof terrace.

Location

Villa Amoreira is situated by the coast, within close walking distance down the hill to the famous Vale do Lobo Praca area- where you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants in addition to family entertainment during the summer months, and to the beautiful beaches that this stunning part of the Algarve is enriched by. There are two championship golf courses to choose from as well in Vale do Lobo- the Royal and Ocean courses- and also the tennis academy.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
