Apartment Francesca is a lovely four bedroom apartment sleeping 7 persons that is situated on the exclusive and secure gated community of Palmyra which is located in the prestigious resort area of Vila Sol. Built over four levels, this is a very spacious property that has been designed and furnished to a high standard throughout- and the exteriors include a garden terrace on the entrance level next to the living room; and also your own private roof terrace should you wish to relax in the privacy of the property. Alternatively you can choose to take a dip in one of the four resort communal pools; or get out and about and explore everything the neighbouring resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira have to offer. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The entrance to the property is reached via one flight of steps, and the entrance corridor leads to the kitchen and the spacious open plan living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 4 electric hobs, extractor, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen has an open serving hatch to the living room dining area which also serves a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The spacious open plan and air conditioned living and dining area is fully furnished with comfy seating and a dining table with seating for 6 persons. There is a wall mounted TV with a wide range of international and English language TV channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Patio doors lead to the furnished garden terrace.

On the lower level of the property is the utility room, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the property is bedroom one which is a single bedroom with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

Stairs from the entrance hallway lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is the master suite with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with bath, shower unit and double vanities. Patio doors open directly onto a private balcony which overlooks the gardens.

Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private front facing balcony.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom four which has a double bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

In addition to the garden terrace off the lounge, there is a fabulous furnished roof terrace which is a very private and spacious area where you can relax in the sunshine during the day; or enjoy a sunset cocktail in the evening- either way this roof terrace is the perfect place for you to unwind.

Palmyra resort sits proud next to the Vila Sol club house (which is within close walking distance).
