Whether you're soaking up the sun on the private roof terrace; or lounging on the sunbeds by one of the resort's four communal pools; or exploring the nearby coastal resorts and beautiful beaches of Vilamoura and Quarteira, J1 Palmyra offers quality, relaxation and comfort. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout enhance your stay and are included in the rental rates.

We are pleased to inform the good news that the property is currently being upgraded with a new premium quality interior and exterior design and furnishing project and therefore we will update the presentation photographs by the end of March 2025, and we will also include a 360* Virtual Tour video on the new presentation.

Living Areas

The generous open-plan living area is spacious and stylish and perfect for socialising or relaxing with family and friends. The lounge is tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas and features a flat-screen Smart TV with a wide selection of channels, including the English language favourites BBC, ITV, TNT Sports and Sky Sports. For streaming services like Netflix, guests can log in using their own credentials on the Smart TV. The dining area has a table that seats six people, and large patio doors open directly to the ground floor terrace that overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens. The terrace is furnished with two quality sun loungers, a 2m x 2.5m L-shaped 5 seater sofa and an extendable dining table with seating for up to 8 persons- perfect for enjoying the al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the double gas BBQ.

The spacious kitchen is a true delight for those who love to cook, offering a breakfast bar with two stools and a serving hatch open to the interior dining and lounge areas. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including an integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic four-hob stove, kettle, toaster, juicer, and a De’Longhi coffee machine. The owners have ensured that every kitchen need is met, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom 1 (Entrance level): A cosy double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and a separate shower room across from the entrance to the bedroom. Patio doors open to a small balcony overlooking the front of the property.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor): The master suite, featuring a super king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, air conditioning, an en-suite full bathroom with a shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the communal Palmyra gardens.

Bedroom 3 (First Floor): A comfortable Twin bedroom with air conditioning (the twin beds can be made up as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom. Private balcony furnished with a sofa and chairs, offering a perfect place to relax.

Bedroom 4 (Lower level): A spacious Twin bedroom (which again can be made up as a double upon prior request), with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room. This lower level also features an entertainment area with a flat screen Smart TV with the same channels available as the living room. And also on this lower level is the utility area complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside Space

One of the standout features of Palmyra J1 is its magnificent private roof terrace, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens, peace and privacy. This tranquil space includes a table and chairs with seating for four persons; a large L-shaped sofa and up to 6 sun loungers are available on this large terrace. Whether you're watching the sunrise or enjoying sunset cocktails, this excellent roof terrace provides an idyllic setting to unwind.

At the front of the property, you step out onto the terrace by the villa entrance, which is furnished with a round table, chairs, and a parasol for shade. This is an ideal spot for relaxing with a drink and a good book.

Location

From the entrance of the villa one of the four beautiful Palmyra communal pools is situated across the road from Palmyra J1, providing you with a refreshing place to swim and unwind right on your doorstep! There is also an extensive communal lawn garden area directly next to the property.

This stunning property is situated on the Palmyra estate, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools surrounded by manicured gardens. Palmyra resort sits proud next to the Vila Sol club house (which is within close walking distance). Vila Sol boasts a 27-hole championship golf course, a rejuvenating health spa, tennis facilities, and a delectable selection of restaurants, bars, and eateries. The development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area.

The Palmyra prime location also grants you easy access to the vibrant town of Vilamoura, less than a 10 minute drive away, renowned for its captivating marina with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura is a golfers haven with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held. Leisure and sports activities are boundless, including a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
