Villa Romantic is a very large 7 bedroom premium villa situated on the prestigious and upmarket golf development of Pinhal Velho in Vilamoura. The villa resides on an extensive corner plot, over 6000 square metres in size and therefore offers Sun-hat clients staying here a feeling of luxury, spaciousness and privacy. Perfect for families and large groups, Villa Romantic is complete with a big private swimming pool, games room, rolling lawn gardens and a private spa area (local charge applies for jacuzzi and steam room). The villa can be rented as a 5 bedroom property sleeping 10 persons; or a 7 bedroom property sleeping 14 persons with the use of the two lower level bedrooms. Low Season it can also be rented as a 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 persons

The villa features air conditioning throughout the ground floor of the property and Wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Ground floor:- Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, juicer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, fridge freezer, electric hobs, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Lovely spacious and open plan living and dining room. The dining table seats 10 persons and the living area is comfortably furnished. Patio doors lead directly to the pool terrace, BBQ area and the gardens. 65 inch Smart TV with many UK and European channels, Sports and Movies, also access to Netflix Prime TV and Disney (use own log in)

Lower level:- Games room with pool table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Spa area which includes the steam room/sauna, shower room, jacuzzi, running machine and multi-trainer. The usage of this room is subject to a weekly supplemental charge if you wish to use these facilities.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one to five are on the ground floor of the villa. All bedrooms are south orientated, air conditioned, have plenty of wardrobe space and all have direct access to the garden terrace. Bedrooms one and two are ideal for a family as they are situated next to the family bathroom, complete with shower, bath and double vanities. Bedroom one has a double bed; and bedroom two has twin beds. Bedroom one also has a wooden cot.

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanities. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom five is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor situated next to the entrance hallway.

Available for customers booking the seven bedroom rate, bedrooms six and seven are on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom six is a double bedroom that uses the shower room situated in the spa area and bedroom seven is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. Both rooms benefit from natural light and bedroom six also has a wooden cot. These two bedrooms are not air conditioned as they are naturally cooler rooms than the ground floor bedrooms.

All twin beds can be made up as doubles, sizes are as follows:-

Outside Space

Guests staying at Villa Romantic will benefit from the lovely spacious and private plot that the villa is situated upon. With a large private swimming pool (measuring 14 x 6 metres approximately) that can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, poolside terrace with 10 sun loungers, rolling lawn gardens, BBQ area with exterior dining table and gas barbecue, table tennis table and lots of forecourt parking space on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

The exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho is only a few minutes drive away from the buzz of the Marina and its shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

The Dom Pedro Golfe is two minutes from the villa where you can use the putting and chipping greens for free, there are different difficulties and plenty of holes to try, you must have own balls and clubs.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Every bedroom is equipped with a safe. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

The owners have two wooden cots available, should you require the use of any cots please contact us to request use of these in advance of your arrival.
