Overview

Villa Al Sakia is a delightful and well equipped four bedroom villa with private heated pool that is situated, as the name suggests, on the Al Sakia residential development- which is centrally situated between the coastal resorts of Quarteira, Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo, all of which are within easy driving distance. For those looking to stay closer to home, there is a local restaurant and bar on the same street, plus a wide choice of other restaurants in the local area in addition to supermarkets, cafes, bars etc. This villa is air conditioned in the living room and in the three upper bedrooms, it has Wi-fi internet available and also a games room with pool table to help keep you entertained.

Living Areas

The villa opens to the living/dining room, with split unit a/c, comfy sofas, wall mounted TV with Portuguese and international cable channels and an IPTV box with a wide range of English language channels; Wi-fi internet, DVD player and surround sound speakers. The dining table seats 8 persons and doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 x gas hobs, 1 x electric hob, oven, extractor, kettle, filter coffee maker and a juicer. Breakfast bar with 5 stools.

On the lower level of Villa Al Sakia is the utility room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; and also on this level is the games room with pool table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground (entrance) level of the villa and this room has a double bed, split unit a/c and double wardrobes. This bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom two is on the lower level of the property, and this bedroom is naturally cooler so is not air conditioned. The room is serviced by the adjacent bathroom with shower on this level.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has twin beds, split unit a/c, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The swimming pool is free form in shape with corner steps entry and it measures approximately 9 metres x 4 metres. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metre in depth and the deep end is 1.80 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge- a manual pool cover is available to help protect the heat at night. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and seating areas and a Weber gas BBQ is available for you to cook al-fresco meals whilst enjoying the Algarve sunshine.

As the name of the property suggests, the villa is located in the Al Sakia residential development, which is centrally situated within close driving distance of the coastal resorts of Vilamoura (where you will find the vibrant marina and a selection of championship golf courses); Quarteira (with stretches of golden sand and a lovely promenade) and Vale do Lobo (home of the Royal and Ocean golf courses and the famous Praca). Within close walking distance is a popular restaurant and bar, and also there are a selection of other restaurants in the local area, as well as supermarkets.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; bedroom linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in all bathrooms are provided for your convenience.
