Overview

Casa Natura is a contemporary six bedroom, six bathroom villa with a private swimming pool (can be heated for a weekly supplement). This stunning property has been recently updated to a high standard and is located in a quiet setting within walking distance of the beach at Fonte Santa and only a short drive from the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quarteira and Vilamoura. Conveniently, Lidl supermarket and the well known Marufus chicken restaurants are just a 2 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk. Casa Natura's large garden catches the sun all day long and has additional features such as a table tennis table, a roof top jacuzzi, a 5-hole putting green and a children's play area with two slides and a rope climb.

Centralised air conditioning throughout with individual room controls and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The lounge, kitchen and dining room are of open plan design. The lounge offers ample comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the exterior upper dining terrace. The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for six people and patio doors lead to the upper dining terrace. The modern kitchen with a central island and four accompanying stools is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, a central extractor, electric oven and grill, Dulco Gusto coffee machine, double fridge with a freezer draw, toaster, hand blender, and a microwave. Patio doors open on to the upper dining terrace. The utility room is outside and houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board and an extra drinks fridge.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All six bedrooms have electric blackout blinds. Bedrooms one, two, three and four are on the entrance level. Bedroom one has a double king-size (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom two has a double king-size (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom three has a double king-size (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the upper dining terrace. Bedroom four has a double king-size (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms five and six. Bedroom five has a double king-size (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Off this bedroom is a comfy sofa seating area with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a guest cloakroom and a table with four chairs.

Bedroom six is the master bedroom with a king-size bed (can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open on the the rooftop terrace.

Outside Space

Electric entrance gates open to the spacious villa forecourt, where there is plenty of space for parking. Casa Natura benefits from a magnificent, laid to lawn mature garden with fruit and palm trees scattered around providing lots of shady area. There is a pond and a water fountain provide a serene backdrop. To keep the little ones occupied there is a children's play area with two slides. For the more active members of the group there is a table tennis table to provide some fun family tournaments and not forgetting the five hole golf putting green complete with sand bunker, there really is something to do for all the family. The swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 6m (can be heated for a weekly supplement, there is no pool cover) and has steps for convenient entry, for the sun worshippers in the group there are twelve sun loungers. A gazebo sits at the end of the pool provides comfortable shady seating, the perfect spot to relax with a good book. From the living areas patio doors lead to the shaded, upper dining terrace furnished with a large wooden table and seating for twelve people, you will also find the table tennis table on this terrace. For the budding chefs in the group there is a large Beefeater gas BBQ complete with a food preparation counter and a sink. From here steps lead up to the roof terrace or down to the poolside.

The large roof terrace is furnished with comfy sofa seating and a private jacuzzi. Casa Natura has the charm of a country house, with several private areas, as well as plenty of space to simply relax in the Algarve sunshine.

Location

The development of Fonte Santa is set beside the beaches of Trafal and Almargem where you can access fabulous restaurants including BJ's Oceanside at Praia do Almargem and Temperus on Praia do Trafal. Just up the road from Villa Natura is the famous Marufu 1 and Marufu 2 'Chicken Shacks' – incredibly popular. Also in the same area within walking distance is a Lidl supermarket and you are only 1km from the renowned Vale do Lobo resort. The area is surrounded by beautiful pine forests and is within easy reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
