Villa Ancla is a striking property located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of Porto Petro, just a few metres to the sea.

Patio doors lead out from the upper level, and the lower level, to furnished terraces, perfect for relaxing with a good read, or for enjoying end of day drinks, before an alfresco supper & BBQ on the terrace.

The salt-water swimming pool is irregular in shape, is surrounded by a decked terrace, and garden, laid part to lawn & dotted with trees, and extends down, with gated access, to the sea & off the rock swimming.

A lovely property for a large family or group of friends wishing to holiday together in Southeast Mallorca.

Note – Care should be taken with young children in view of the steps and levels, horizontal railings in the garden, and the villa’s position and access to the sea.

Ground floor/Upper level: entrance hall leading to living area with 2 comfortable sofas & 2 easy chairs, Satellite/Smart TV, WIFI & patio doors to terrace, up 1 step to dining area with table & chairs and patio doors to terrace, and modern kitchen with breakfast bar & stools, ceramic glass hob & electric oven, microwave & dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Lower ground floor/Lower level – further living area with 2 comfortable sofas, Satellite/Smart TV, and patio doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor/Upper level: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with separate shower), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 cloakroom.

Lower ground floor/Lower level – 3 twin bedrooms, all with patio doors to terrace, and 2 with en-suite bathroom, and 1 with en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

Outdoors is wonderful and relaxing with several seating areas.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival and there will be light clean, 3hrs per day, on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

There will be no change of towels on a reservation of 7 days, but extra towels are left on arrival as part of the overall villa preparation.

Change of bed linen, on request at a supplementary charge of 20 euros per person (per bed set). Change of towels, on request at a supplementary charge of 20 euros per person.

Air conditioning throughout (living, dining & kitchen areas, as well as the bedrooms), 24hrs a day.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-5028 (El Ancla)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
