Walking distance to the centre of Cala D’Or, with its extensive selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants, as well as the beautiful marina.

Set on the rocks, with access via a gate across the rocks to the sea, the charming Cala Petita beach is just 30m from the property and the larger beach of Cala Gran is just 400m away.

From the entire property, breath-taking views of the bay and the beautiful turquoise waters, on to the beach, across to the fort called Es Forti, can be enjoyed.

Villa Acuarela offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on three levels and is the perfect choice for a family or group looking to holiday together in a central location.

You enter the grounds via a gate, and this leads directly into the garden.

The front door opens to the ground floor and an open plan living/dining area, both with doors to terrace, partially covered with stunning views of the bay. Next to the dining area is the pine fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher. Outside, there is a portable barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining. The bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors, and these are accessed by staircases from the living area. On the upper floor, you will find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the roof terrace. On the lower floor, you will find three further bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a further bathroom, with bath and shower. You can also find a drinks area here.

The pool and garden area are accessible from a side door on the lower level. The pool area is surrounded by terraces. The entire garden is gated and secure.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Note – Care should be taken with children in view of the location of the property & the crossbar rope balustrade at the end of the pool terrace.

Living Areas

The front door opens to the ground floor and an open-plan living/dining area with Satellite TV-55inch Smart TV, DVD player, WIFI – both living and dining areas with doors to terrace, partially covered with stunning views of the bay. There is a portable barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining.

Next to the dining room is the pine fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The upper and lower floors are accessed by staircases from the living area. On the upper floor, you will find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the roof terrace. On the lower floor, you will find three further bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have an independent bathroom to share with a bath and shower.

Outside Space

The pool and garden area are accessible from a side door on the lower level. The pool area is surrounded by terraces. The entire garden is gated and secure.

There is a portable barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
