Overview

Villa Es Canto is set in a residential area, just a stone’s throw away from Caló des Pou beach.

It is walking distance to Cala Egos, with its selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants and to the Marina (300m).

Offering spacious, traditional, and comfortable accommodation on three levels (with terraces on all three levels), it sleeps up to 14 persons and is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends, wishing to holiday together, but looking for space and independence in the layout of their property.

The ground floor comprises the main living/dining and kitchen areas as well as one single bedroom and a cloakroom. The lower ground floor comprises three twin bedrooms, all with access to the swimming pool and garden area, and the top floor comprises three final bedrooms (one double & twin bedrooms). There is air-conditioning in the three top floor bedrooms and ceiling fans in the three lower ground floor bedrooms.

Outside, patio doors lead out to the large gardens, laid to lawn, dotted with rose bay & frangipani plants, palm trees, and enclosed by hedges, and to the lovely swimming pool, rectangular in shape, with steps into the shallow end.

After a busy day at the pool, why not head to the terrace for a relaxing aperitif, followed by an alfresco barbecue supper on the covered terrace.

Lower ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace & pool area, 1 further twin bedroom with doors to terrace and pool area, 1 further twin bedroom with doors to terrace & pool area,

1 shower room, 1 bathroom.

Ground floor – 1 single bedroom with door to terrace, 1 cloakroom.

Top floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 further twin bedroom (beds positioned in an L-shape layout) with doors to terrace and adjacent shower room.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
