Welcome to Casa Rebela – a charming six bedroom villa with a swimming pool, that has been thoughtfully designed as it can be split into two comfortable apartments throughout the year except for the peak period July 12th until August 23rd, when the property can only be rented as the entire unit. Perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Casa Rebela boasts a fantastic central location, with restaurants and bars just a short stroll away and a convenient supermarket right next door. With space for up to 11 guests, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Clients that rent one of the Rebela apartments outside of the peak period 12/7- 23/8 may be sharing the pool with the occupants of the other Rebela apartment if it is also rented out. Please contact us for pricing should you wish to rent one of the Rebela apartments.

Accommodation Details

Casa Rebela is essentially two separate apartments, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space and independence. Both apartments share the swimming pool but have separate entrances and facilities. During the low season, the apartments can be rented individually. During the peak period 12/7 - 23/8 only the six bedroom whole unit can be rented.

Living Areas

The ground floor apartment has an air conditioned, open plan lounge and kitchen, the lounge has comfy sofa seating and a flat screen TV showing a wide variety of international cable channels including some English language channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs, and an extractor. The is also a breakfast table with seating for four people. From the lounge patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

The first floor apartment has a large air conditioned kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, four electric hobs, an extractor and an integrated electric oven and grill. There is also a breakfast table with seating for six people. Patio doors lead to a balcony furnished with a table and six chairs. The lounge area is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen TV showing a wide variety of international cable channels including some English language channels. Patio doors lead to the upper balcony which overlooks the pool with views over Vale de Parra to the coast. From this balcony there is a staircase which leads down to the poolside area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and use of the separate bathroom.

The first floor apartment has four bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a single room with a wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the separate shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the separate shower room shared with bedroom two.

Outside Space

The poolside terrace is spacious and completely private, enclosed by high walls for your peace and relaxation. With plenty of sun loungers, you can soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine, or if you prefer a bit of shade, there are three parasols to keep you cool. For added convenience, there’s a poolside bathroom and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off before or after a refreshing dip! A table tennis table is also available for some fun family tournaments. If you love to cook, the charcoal BBQ and food preparation counter are ready for you to create delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the large outdoor dining table with seating for twelve people. An awning provides plenty of shade, making it a comfortable spot to dine at any time of the day.

The swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and features both steps and a ladder for easy entry. Plus, there's no extra charge for the solar powered pool heating! However, as this eco-friendly heating system depends on the season and sunshine hours, it may not be as effective as the electric heating pump, which is also available for a weekly supplemental charge upon prior request. There is a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings.

Location

Casa Rebela is perfectly situated in the charming village of Vale de Parra, offering a fantastic central location for your stay. Right next door, you’ll find a hairdressing and beauty salon where you can indulge in aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone massages, and more—perfect for a little holiday pampering!

Shops, bars, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, so you’ll never be far from a great meal or a relaxing drink. Plus, some of the Algarve’s best ‘Blue Flag’ beaches are just 2km away. Whether you’re looking to stretch out on the golden sands of Galé Beach—a stunning 5km-long stretch—or explore the beautiful coves of Castelo, Evaristo, Coelho, and São Rafael, you’ll have plenty of breath taking spots to choose from, many with charming beach bars.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change.

Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. There is also a safe in each apartment for your valuables. The property is protected by an alarm system. Smoking is not permitted within the apartments.

Change over day is usually Saturday. If you are looking to book this property for a duration different to 7 or 14 nights then please contact us with your request.
