Villa Helena is a gorgeous four bedroom villa with private pool situated in the Quinta das Salinas estate, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Wi-Fi internet and split unit air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Open plan living/dining room with TV with a wide range of UK cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Wi-Fi internet and DVD player. Dining table and 8 chairs.
Well equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Appliances include a fridge freezer; toaster; kettle; microwave; oven; dishwasher; 3 x gas hobs;1 x electric hob; juicer; Nespresso coffee maker. The washing machine lives in the garage.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00m), an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor. Bedroom three has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace. Bedroom four has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
Villa Helena has a lovely big swimming pool that measures 10 x 5 metres with steps entry and the poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers. Exterior dining table and chairs and Charcoal BBQ.
Location
Quinta das Salinas is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great central position- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant) are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Rates include maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
