Overview

Villa Holly is a lovely three bedroom property with a subtle style of décor and furniture. Located in the Lakeside Village area of the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and with use of the adjacent communal pool shared only with the eight close neighbouring villas.

Villa Holly has a great holiday location- with restaurants, bars, the Quinta do Lago lake and the impressive Campus sports facility all within close walking distance.

Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped and has appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, four gas hobs, extractor and an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave. The open-plan dining area and lounge have natural light pouring through thanks to the patio windows which lead directly to the communal pool area and gardens.

The dining room is furnished with a table and seating for six people, a few steps lead down to the lounge with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There are plenty of books for you to enjoy while relaxing by the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath tub. Doors open onto a shared sun room complete with two day beds and a half moon balcony overlooking the pool and lake.

Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Doors open onto the shared sun room previously mentioned above.

Outside Space

From the lounge, patio doors open onto the terrace which has lake views and is furnished with a table and seating for eight, sun beds and comfy sofa seating and chairs. The garden gate opens directly to the communal pool and gardens. A gas BBQ is provided for dining al-fresco.

Location

Located in the charming Quinta do Lago Lakeside Village which borders a natural salt lake where water sports such as windsurfing and sailing are available. There is a large selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, the Campus sports facility, shops and bars close by in the resort and within walking distance of the property is the Shack restaurant and bar on the lake, the D Lounge restaurant, Tucano's restaurant at nearby Encosta do Lago and the Casa do Lago restaurant on the lake for fine dining.

The Lakeside Village is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve which is well known for its bird life and nature trails- which are just 15 minutes’ walk from Villa Holly. Also ideal for cycling, bicycles can be hired locally in the area. The golf driving range is just 2 kms away so you can hone your skills in preparation for a round of golf on one of the five excellent golf courses in Quinta do Lago, plus an additional two courses in the neighbouring resort of Vale do Lobo.

To get to the Quinta do Lago beach it’s around a 20 minute walk, finally crossing over the famous wooden foot bridge. Gigi's seafood restaurant is one of 3 beach restaurants within walking distance.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly maid cleaning service, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels are all provided for your convenience.
