Villa Rosa is a premium quality linked villa situated on a central plot in Lakeside Village, which is a peaceful area located within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago. This impressive villa offers good quality, comfortable holiday accommodation, a private heated swimming pool and the property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The spacious poolside terrace is perfect for sun worshippers, a great spot to relax in peace and quiet reading your favourite book. The villa has Wi-Fi internet and is also air conditioned throughout, which is included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The villa features a spacious split level air conditioned lounge/dining room complete with a wall mounted 75'' flat screen television with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV and a sound bar so you can stream your favourite tunes through to the speaker. The living room has a brand new, fresh look with new furnishings and curtains.

Situated next to the living area is the dining area with circular dining table with seating for 6 persons, and the kitchen which is fully equipped and appliances include a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, juicer, kettle, toaster, 4 x gas hobs and oven.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is the refurbished twin bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with safe and an adjacent shower room. All bedrooms in Villa Rosa have blackout blinds. Upstairs are bedrooms two and three, again both bedrooms have been refurbished. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with twin beds together and with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is the master suite with a super king size double bed and this room is complete with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, Smart TV with the cable channels and with an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Bedrooms two and three lead directly to the lovely south facing TV room, complete with a/c and a wall mounted 55'' flat screen TV with the Lazer cable channels.

From the first floor of the villa there is a stairwell leading to a very private roof terrace with sea views and furnished with table and chairs.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the living room to the spacious poolside terrace which is complete with quality patio furniture including 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. Enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the integrated gas BBQ with lighting for those evening barbecues. The extendable exterior dining table provides seating for up to 10 persons.

The private swimming pool has steps entry and measures approximately 9 x 4 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. The pool has a manual cover to retain the heat. There is an exterior shower next to the pool and a small lockable gate gives access down to the road that leads to the main communal areas of Lakeside Village.

Location

Lakeside Village borders a natural salt lake where water sports such as windsurfing and sailing are available, and the trendy Shack bar and eatery is within walking distance. There is also a good selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, shops and bars all close by in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.

In addition to your own private pool at the villa, guests can use the complex facilities which include a large communal pool, children's pool, bar and the tennis courts. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.

Midweek maid cleaning service and towel change. Weekly changeover clean, bed linen and towel change. There is a travel cot and a highchair in the property which are available for use free of charge upon prior request. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in all bathrooms are provided for your convenience.
