Situated just a minutes walk to the Praca, restaurants and bars this property is just so close to the beach. With air conditioning and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates. This apartment has a double and a small single room suitable for a child or teenager and therefore sleeps up to 3 persons.

The modern, open plan kitchen/lounge has appliances including an electric oven, microwave, expresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer and a fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar with four stools. The lounge is complete with comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including the English language BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Patio doors open onto a small terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a small room, suitable for a child or teenager with a single bed, a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and a separate shower room with a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
Off the lounge is a south facing terrace with a charcoal BBQ, a dining table and seating for four, a parasol & a comfy outside sofa. There is an outside shower to cool off after a swim in the sea.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
