Villa Golfemar is a wonderful and exclusive three bedroom villa with beautiful sea views, located near to the famous 16th hole of the Vale do Lobo Royal Course and within close walking distance of the Praca.
This wonderful single floor villa is both welcoming and bright and has all the comforts of home- including air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, Wi-fi internet, a table tennis table and a games console. Please note this property is serviced by Vale do Lobo Resort who can not guarantee Check-In before 6.00pm
Living Areas
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with patio doors leading to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Flat screen Smart TV with satellite channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc); X-Box 360; I-pod dock; DVD player and Wi-fi Internet.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, electric hobs, oven, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom; Bedroom two is a double room with doors leading to the poolside terrace, a walk-in wardrobe and a brand new en suite shower room; Bedroom three is a double room with an en suite bathroom. There is an additional guest cloakroom as well.
Outside Space
At the entrance of the property there is a delightful 'La Finca' Mexican style courtyard with seating area and water feature. Room for parking on the villa driveway.
Kidney bean shaped private pool that measures approximately 10 x 5 metres and a shaded poolside terrace with gas BBQ & a table tennis table. Steps lead up to the roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views.

Situated within very short walking distance of the the Praca and the beach- a fantastic location!
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, towel change 2 x per week and a weekly linen change.
Please note that there is a villa under construction in the local area on a neighbouring plot to Villa Golfemar- however these works are on the far side of the villa, across the road and away from the pool area (the villa itself is in-between the pool area and the building works). A crane may be visible depending on the current building work status. Please note that there are no building works allowed in the urban-touristic resort of Vale do Lobo during the peak summer months of July and August.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
