We are very proud to present Villa Sabra - a spectacular five bedroom luxury villa with heated pool situated in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. This premium property has everything you would expect from a top of the range contemporary villa and comes highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!

Living Areas

A superb double height entrance hall with polished calcada tiling and brick built ceiling greets you upon entering the villa, taking you through to the grand and impressive open plan living and dining room which is complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV; Bose surround sound system; Wi-fi internet; dining table for 10 persons and sliding patio doors leading directly to the poolside terraces.

The adjacent air conditioned kitchen is fully equipped and features a wide range of De Dietrich appliances, including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker; central island with dual basins and dishwasher; microwave; coffee machine; 2 x ovens; electric hobs and extractor. Breakfast table, wall mounted TV and patio doors leading directly to the BBQ terrace.

On the lower level of the villa there is the excellent air conditioned cinema room with projector and screen and Blu-ray DVD player & cable TV and surround sound. There is also a pool table in this room so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained! Also on this level is the laundry room with iron & ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer and which is accessed via the garage (please note the garage is not for the client's use).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one to three are on the entrance (ground) level of the villa. Bedroom one is the Master suite, situated just off the living room and with a wall mounted flat screen TV; Super King sized double bed; separate dressing area with safe; private terrace with patio furniture and a contemporary en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit, double vanities and heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a double room with Super King bed and doors to the terrace and this bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with shower. Bedroom three is a double room with Super King sized bed; patio doors to the side terrace and en suite shower room with double vanities. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level, situated next to the entrance hallway.

Bedrooms four and five are located on the lower level of the villa. Bedroom four is a spacious double room with Super king sized bed that benefits from natural light and has an en suite bathroom with shower and double vanities. Bedroom five is a twin bedroom that also benefits from natural light and has an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level, situated next to the cinema room.

Outside Space

There is plenty of space for parking on the spacious forecourt, accessed via the electric entry gates. Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa and pool area. The swimming pool with electric cover measures 14 metres x 6 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Next to the pool is the extensive shaded BBQ terrace with comfy sating area, exterior dining table with seating for 10 and the BBQ with food preparation area. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and there is also a table tennis table- just perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Location

Villa Sabra enjoys a central location within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the tennis centre, beach and the lively Praca are only a short distance away. The Praca is a popular area fr families where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday - Friday (except public holidays). Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly and bed linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
