Apartment Nidia is an charming two bedroom, two bathroom property with private plunge pool that is located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, opposite the tennis courts making it the ideal getaway for tennis lovers. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
As you enter the property you pass down a flight of stairs to the main open plan dining and living area which is comfortably furnished with a dining table and seating for four people. The lounge has comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), Patio doors lead to the covered dining balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, four electric hobs, extractor, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is near the front door and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. This bedroom uses the adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is on the lower level of the property and is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
From the lounge patio doors lead to the upper terrace furnished with a table and four chairs and offers frontline views of the tennis and padel courts of Vale do Lobo. A lockable gate with steps leading down to the kidney shaped pool makes the pool area safe for little children. The pool measures approx. 6m x 3m and has steps for entry. There is also a built-in charcoal BBQ with a convenient outside sink.

Apartment Nidia is centrally located in the beautiful resort of Vale do Lobo and is on the door step of Vale do Lobo's tennis academy and also within walking distance of the beach at Dunas Douradas. If you are a tennis or beach fanatic, apartment Nidia is the place for you!

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service & bathroom towel change and a weekly cleaning service with a bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
