Overview
Apartment Sienna, a lovely and spacious three bedroom apartment located in the heart of the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. This first floor retreat, accessed by a flight of stairs, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Centrally positioned, Apartment Sienna is just a short walk from the renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre and you’re only a ten-minute stroll from the golden sands of Dunas Douradas.

Living Areas
The lounge, dining area and kitchen are of an open plan design. The air conditioned lounge is furnished with 2 x 2 seater comfortable sofas, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a log burning fireplace. The dining area is complete with a table and chairs. Patio doors off the lounge lead to the main balcony.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 accompanying stools and is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, 4 electric hobs, an extractor, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, hand blender, juicer, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a cupboard on the lounge balcony which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board. There is also an additional guest cloakroom.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a shared garden facing balcony.
Bedroom two is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with bedroom one.
Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with the lounge.
Outside Space
Apartment Sienna has 2 shared balconies. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a garden facing balcony furnished with 2 sun loungers and a table with seating for 4 people. The main balcony off the lounge is also shared with bedroom 3 and is furnished with rattan sofa & chair seating, a parasol, a gas BBQ and a dining table with seating for 6 people.
Location
The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca- which has a wide range of restaurants and bars and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve can be found in this area as well.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week; towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Due to the design of the main balcony railings, please note this property is not suitable for families with toddlers or young children.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
