Apartment Serene is an excellent two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with private plunge pool that has been completely refurbished to a high standard making it the ideal family getaway. Centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, very close to the renowned Tennis Academy. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and maid service are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Lovely spacious and open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, four electric hobs, juicer, electric oven and grill, extractor, toaster, kettle, dishwasher & a Krups Nespresso coffee machine.

The lounge/dining area has a table with seating for four people, comfy sofa seating, a Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc on the smart TV). One set of patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the tennis academy. The second set opens onto the pool side terrace with steps leading down to the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and split unit air conditioning. There is an adjacent full bathroom with a separate shower and heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the tennis courts.

Outside Space

The terrace has been divided into two and separated by a gate, which makes this property perfect if you have small children, as they cant get down to the pool unsupervised. At the side of the property you will find the kidney shaped plunge pool and a built-in shower with steps leading up to the rest of the terrace, where there is a built in brick BBQ, four sun loungers and a table with seating for four, great for al-fresco dining. The other section of the terrace is back up the flight of steps and has views over the Vale do Lobo tennis academy. At the end of this balcony is a cupboard that houses the washing machine.

Apartment Serene is centrally located in the beautiful resort of Vale do Lobo and is very close to Vale do Lobo tennis academy and also within walking distance of the beach at Dunas Douradas. If you are a tennis or beach fanatic, apartment Serene is the place for you!
