Apartment Arya is a lovely three bedroom duplex apartment with private plunge pool that benefits from a central location in Vale do Lobo, across the road from the renowned tennis academy and within walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas. Although classed as an apartment, the layout and spaciousness of this property give it the feel of a small villa- and the Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Open plan living/dining room with dining table with seating for 6 persons; split unit a/c; music system with CD player; Wi-fi internet connection and TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Double patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. There is a guest cloakroom also on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All bedrooms are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom one is the master suite, with double bed, split unit a/c, radio/I-pod dock, TV, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and hairdryer. Patios doors lead to the wraparound terrace which is private to the master suite. Please note that due to the design of the terrace railings, this terrace is not suitable for young children to be left unsupervised.
Bedroom two has two twins together to make a double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the terrace private to this bedroom and the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower.
Bedroom three has two twins together to make a double, please advise which you prefer at time of booking, split unit a/c and an adjacent bathroom with bath, shower and double vanities.
Outside Space
The terrace has a kidney bean shaped plunge pool, measuring approximately 6 metres x 3 metres with steps entry. The depths of the pool range from 1.40 metres to 1.60 metres. The poolside terrace is complete with a charcoal BBQ, food preparation area and table and chairs.
Location
Apartment Arya is located across the road from the renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, and from this location you can walk to the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas, where you will find the Marias beach restaurant. Also close by are Vale do Lobo's key facilities, such as the famous Praca and the clubhouse for the Royal and Ocean championship golf courses.

Rates include maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bedroom linen (changed weekly), bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) & pool towels.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
