Overview
Villa Danoli is a charming and immaculate three bedroom, three bathroom linked villa complete with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge) and for families with young children a pool safety fence can also be arranged upon prior confirmation. The property is ideally and centrally located close to the Tennis centre in the prestigious and sought after golf resort of Vale do Lobo. From the villa, the beautiful beach at Dunas Douadas is also within close walking distance. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates. Living Areas
The air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are bright and spacious, creating a warm and welcoming space. Featuring an 'L'-shaped sofa and a large flat-screen Smart TV with a wide selection of English channels, including ITV, BBC, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports. (For streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime etc, don’t forget to bring your own login credentials). There is a dining table with seating for six persons and double patio doors open onto the poolside terrace, letting in plenty of natural light.
The air conditioned kitchen is well equipped and recently refurbished and features high quality SMEG appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, an electric oven and grill, and a dishwasher. Other appliances include a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer and a fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the entrance level you'll find bedroom one which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with a flat screen Smart TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a small balcony furnished with two chairs.
Outside Space
From the lounge, patio doors lead to the covered exterior dining space complete with a table and six chairs. The pool measures approx. 6m x 3.5m and has both steps and a ladder for easy entry. Pool heating can be arranged for a weekly supplement and there is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. Upon prior confirmation, there is also a pool safety fence that can be assembled- great for families with younger children and infants.
The poolside terrace is furnished with six sun loungers and there is an outside shower to rinse off before and after a dip! For the budding chefs in the group there is a gas BBQ complete with a food prep counter and a sink. At the end of the garden a convenient gate provides a short cut through to the tennis centre.
Location
Villa Danoli enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, and the tennis centre is just over the road where you will find a choice of eateries. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek light maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover cleaning service with a bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
