Overview

Villa Cegonha is a four bedroom villa with private heated pool that has been refurbished to a very high standard and that is located within very close walking distance of the Praca in Vale do Lobo.

Featuring air conditioning in the living room, dining room and bedrooms, and Wi-fi internet.

Living Areas

Spacious open plan living room, furnished with comfy sofas and featuring a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels. DVD player and I-pod dock. Doors lead to the adjacent room which has a billiards table and patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool. Next to this room is the separate dining room. Living room has red shutters to windows.

The high specification kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances, and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker and juicer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is accessed via the dining room/utility room area, and this is a double room with a flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms two, three and four are situated in the villa's bedroom wing. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with doors to the side garden terrace, TV and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with TV, fitted wardrobes, doors to the side garden terrace and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom four is the Master suite, complete with a double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, doors to the side garden terrace and an en suite bathroom.

There is an additional bedroom with exterior access that is available upon request and is suitable for a nanny- this room has a pull-out bed, a TV and an en suite shower room.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains and red shutters to windows.

Outside Space

The raised terrace overlooking the pool is furnished with a dining table for 10 persons and a gas BBQ. The pool measures approximately 10.5 metres x 6.5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Glass wall with gate now fitted between pool and villa for added child safety. Poolside terrace with sun loungers There is plenty of space for parking on the villa driveway and forecourt.

Location

Villa Cegonha enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo- with the beautiful beaches and the lively Praca, where you will find a selection of restaurants and bars, both within close walking distance. The resort also benefits from two outstanding golf courses and a tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of excellent restaurants to choose from.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 5 days per week and change of linen twice a week, exclusive Molton Brown amenities in room on arrival and a complimentary welcome hamper with fresh fruit, water, milk, bread, butter, jam, tea & coffee is provided. Also, pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. A €50.00 returnable deposit is required for the key to the safe in the Master suite.
