Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, we are very proud to present Villa Lirio, a contemporary design four bedroom villa with a fabulous pool which can be heated for an extra weekly supplemental charge and is protected by an electric cover. Villa Lirio has been finished to a premium standard throughout and is situated on a large, spacious plot with a putting green. Located in the impeccably maintained resort of Vale do Lobo, with the beach, clubhouse and various restaurants and resort facilities within close walking distance. All bedrooms in this impressive property are en suite.

Electric shutters throughout with individual room controls, broadband fibre optic Wi-fi internet with USB, A and C chargers in every bedroom and Sonos sound system are included in the rental rates.

This villa can only be rented by one family.

During April to May the villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom only, the Master bedroom will not be available, owner would ideally like two couples but if more we can request with the owner.

Living Areas

The bright and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are comfortably furnished with a large L shaped sofa and two electric recliner seats, 75 inch wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). There is a Sonos sound system throughout the villa to stream your favourite sounds from your smart device. The dining area includes a large wooden table with seating for eight people and split unit air conditioning which serves the whole area.

The modern kitchen has a large central island with three stools, all the appliances are Smeg and include an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, wine fridge, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. Triple patio doors open onto the poolside terrace or a smaller terrace with golf course views. A hidden door in the kitchen leads to the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of Villa Lirio you will find bedrooms one, two and three.

Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, hairdryer and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail (This bathroom can also be accessed by a door near the entrance). Patio doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, hairdryer and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small private terrace furnished with two chairs.

Stairs lead up to bedroom four which is the master double suite with a super king bed, 42 inch wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), split unit air conditioning, a walk through dressing area with fitted wardrobes, a safe and dressing table serviced by a large en suite bathroom with a double ended, designer bath with a window giving you golf course views, double vanities, a large walk in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a large private terrace with golf views and sea glimpses, furnished with four sun beds and a comfortable outside sofa.

All beds are Superking and cannot be split.

On this level there is a sit/stand desk with a screen provided for your use.

Outside Space

Leading from the kitchen, a large sliding patio door opens on to the outdoor eating area complete with a table seating for ten people, a gas BBQ, food preparation area with a sink and another beer fridge!

The rectangular swimming pool with beautiful white tiles, steps entry and an electric pool cover, measures approximately 10m x 4m and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. (please note the pool is not fenced so toddlers need to be supervised at all times, if you require pool fencing, please contact he Sun-hat office for more details).

There are eight sun beds to lounge on around the pool soaking up the Algarve sunshine and a shaded area furnished with a modern sofa where you can relax and read your favourite book. There is also a putting green in the spacious garden.

Location

Located next to the 18th fairway of the Royal golf course, Villa Lirio it is just a short stroll from the lovely beach, clubhouse, and the restaurants and bars of Vale do Lobo’s celebrated ‘Praca’ area.

Vale do Lobo is a 5 star development situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Close to the beach, the development has 2 golf courses, tennis courts, Spa, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Water sports, horse riding and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive.

Other Items

Rates include a two hour midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a two hour weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe in all the bedrooms are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the photos on the presentation were taken in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky so there is some shading on the pool and terraces.

PLEASE NOTE THIS SPECIAL CONDITION

The owner welcomes a single family household with grandparents or nanny but would not permit two families (two households) to occupy their property.
