It is located within walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants of the fashionable Praca area.
Villa Chantel is set on a large private plot with hedges around the perimeter, extensive lawn gardens, mature shrubs and flowers and plenty of outdoor space all around. Ideal for families, there is even a small nine hole putting green in the gardens! Entrance to the property is through an electric entry gate onto the spacious driveway where there is plenty of parking space.
The accommodation comprises the main house and the self contained annexe. The main house is all on one level and consists of three en suite bedrooms; the kitchen and adjacent utility room; the spacious open plan living and dining room and an additional guest cloakroom.
The self-contained annexe consists of a kitchen, living room area, a modern shower room and twin bedroom. The kitchen has a small breakfast table, a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, gas hobs and an oven.
The annexe living room with comfy seating has patio doors leading to a lovely private terrace situated behind the annexe and overlooking the lawn gardens and 9 hole putting green. The twin bedroom is positioned next to the shower room and has air conditioning and doors leading to the front patio.
The living room is open plan to the dining area and features air condtioning and freeview satellite TV. Double patio doors lead outside to the superb, spacious shaded terrace where there is comfy seating, patio furniture and a dining table on which to enjoy your meals cooked on the gas barbecue.
The fully equipped kitchen, recently modernised, has a breakfast table and appliances include an oven, microwave, electric and gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, the utility room houses the washing machine and an extra fridge.
Bedroom one is a double bedroom and features air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower unit. Bedroom two has zip and link beds (a min of one weeks notice is required to have made up as a King double) has air conditioning, doors leading to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds and has air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have electric towel heaters. Bedroom four is located in the annexe and has twin beds.
There is plenty of space to relax on the sunloungers on the split level poolside terrace. The swimming pool is a freeform shape that measures approximately 7m x 12m.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
