Overview
We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Rhona, a delightful three bedroom linked property with a private plunge pool that is located close to the tennis academy in this prestigious golf resort. This excellent property is perfect for your relaxing family holiday and features air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet connection, included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The kitchen is modern in design with marble work surfaces and appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, microwave, electric oven and grill, washing machine and a fridge freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a large glass table and seating for six people.
Three steps lead up to the lounge area with an large L-shaped sofa, flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading directly to the pool area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite shower room, small step into the shower and a shower door.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and en suite bathroom. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside Space
Internal stairs lead up to the roof terrace with tennis court views and furnished with two sun beds.
The pool terrace off the lounge is furnished with four sunbeds and a table and chairs. The pool is kidney shaped with ladder entry. There is a gas BBQ at the front of the property.
Location
Villa Rhona benefits from a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by where you will find a choice of eateries. There is also a children's play area within close walking distance.
There are two excellent golf courses in the resort of Vale do Lobo, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the very most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
