The delightful Villa Larisa is set amidst olive groves and farmland, within the peaceful Istrian hamlet of Vosteni, near the picturesque little town of Sveti Lovrec, one of the best preserved fortified towns in this region.

An attractive two-storey villa, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting amidst the wonderful Istrian countryside, yet is just a short drive from Porec, a lovely seaside town with a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Spacious and comfortable, light and airy, the ground floor features the living/dining and kitchen areas, one double bedroom with en suite shower room and a guest cloakroom. The first floor features three further double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. There is air-conditioning in the living area and bedrooms.

Outside, guests of Villa Larisa have at their disposal an L-shaped swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with summer kitchen and gardens, with lovely lawned areas.

The calm and tranquil country setting is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday base whilst having the option to explore the many activities that the region has to offer.

Living Areas

Ground floor – Living area with sofa & 3 easy chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player, Music system, WIFI and doors to terrace and pool area, leading to dining area with doors to terrace and open-plan kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Guest cloakroom (also housing washing machine).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV, doors to balcony and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with doors to balcony and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

All bedrooms have hairdryers.

Outside Space

Guests of Villa Larisa have at their disposal an L-shaped swimming pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with summer kitchen and gardens, with lovely lawned areas. There is also a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining.

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.
