Overview

Villa Sa Caleta is a striking villa, set in a wonderful location, with panoramic views of the coast and the beach of Es Forti.

Walking distance to the upmarket Marina, with its yachts, and a lovely selection of shops, cafes, and stylish bars & restaurants.

Offering spacious, traditional and comfortable accommodation on three levels, it is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends, wishing to holiday together, but looking for space and independence in the layout of their property.

The ground floor comprises the main living/dining and kitchen areas as well as two bedrooms, a twin bedroom, as well as a single bedroom (with additional pull-out single bed).

Lower ground floor – 3 twin bedrooms (one of these twin bedrooms has two pull-out beds), all with ceiling fans and doors out to gardens and pool, 2 shower rooms.

Note – in one of the twin bedrooms the beds are arranged in an L-shape, and as such, the bedroom is more suitable for children.

Outside, steps lead down to the landscaped gardens and the infinity swimming pool (and a gate with direct access to the beach and sea).

After a busy day at the pool, why not head to the terrace for a relaxing aperitif, and watch the yachts pass serenely by, followed by an alfresco barbecue supper on the covered terrace.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Living Areas

Lower ground floor - Large laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and storage.

Ground floor - Entrance Hall leading to a large living/dining area with large comfortable sofa and 2 stools, Satellite TV, DVD player and WIFI. White fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and table & chairs. Patio doors from the living area lead to a covered terrace with dining area, brick-built barbecue and comfortable seating area with sofas.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Lower ground floor – 3 twin bedrooms (2 have extra pull-out beds), all with ceiling fans and doors out to gardens and pool, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.

Ground floor - Entrance Hall leading to 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan, en-suite shower room and superb sea views. A small single bedroom with a pull-out bed and en-suite shower room (suitable for children) is also on this level.

First floor – Staircase (with open-balustrade railings) leads to master bedroom with “queen-size” double bed, ceiling fan, dressing area, en-suite shower room and doors leading to large terrace with wonderful sea views. This suite occupies the entire upstairs level.

Walking distance to Cala Egos, with its selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants and to the marina (300m).

The sandy beach of Caló des Pou beach is just 100m from the property.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms & Ceiling fans in the bedrooms (except the single bedroom).

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
