Villa Calma is set in the residential area in Binibeca Nou.

It is within walking distance of bars/cafes & restaurants and the very pretty Binibeca Beach, and San Luis, with all its facilities and amenities, is just a short drive away.

With 5 bedrooms & 4 bathroom/shower rooms, Villa Calma has been refurbished over recent years and boasts a fresh, light Mediterranean style, and offers comfortable & spacious accommodation. A family home with all the comfort and convenience you could want!

Through a spacious entrance you immediately enter the living room with two comfortable sofas & 2 easy chairs, Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube), DVD player, WIFI and sliding patio doors to terrace with comfy rattan sofa & chairs. An archway leads to the dining room with table & chairs and a further archway, & two steps up, to the kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double bedrooms & 2 twin bedrooms – one of which can be made up as a double on request and one which is more compact & better suited to teenagers/children), 1 bathroom, 3 shower rooms. They are all modern and with a rain shower in each.

The outdoors is lovely, with a covered terrace, with table & chairs, sink, fridge and a barbecue for alfresco dining on the lower level, and the rectangular salt-water swimming pool (which is also heatable*), surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace, and adjacent covered terrace for when shade is required, on the upper level.

A lovely choice for a family or friends’ holiday in Southeast Menorca.

They are all modern and with a rain shower in each.

Main villa comprises 4 bedrooms – 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom & one with en-suite shower room, and 2 twin bedrooms – one which is more compact, beds are in an L-shape layout & better suited to teenagers/children – 1 shower room.

Outside Space

The outdoors is lovely. There is a covered terrace, with table & chairs, sink, fridge and a barbecue for alfresco dining on the lower level. 5 steps lead up to the upper level and the rectangular salt-water swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace, and adjacent covered terrace for when shade is required. The swimming pool is also heatable*. There are partial sea views from the upper-level terrace. There is a table tennis table for entertainment!

Location

600m to Binibeca Beach and 350m to Cala Torret, where there is a supermarket, a lovely bakery-cafe and a selection of bars and restaurants. There’s a children’s playground here also, and a busy dive centre, and there are tennis courts nearby. If you walk westwards from Cala Torret, past the beach, you will come across further bars and restaurants, and a supermarket, before reaching the Binibeca Vell end of town, where you will find the ‘fishermen’s village’, built nearly 50 years ago, with its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed homes, supermarket and several lively bars and restaurants.

It is approximately 6.5kms to San Luis with all facilities & amenities.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, included.
