Villa Alberto is in the residential area of S’Atalaya, in the lovely resort of Binibeca on the Southeastern corner of the island.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, it is the ideal choice for a family wishing to holiday in a spacious, modern & comfortable house, with open and bright spaces, and natural finishes of excellent quality.

A small entrance hall welcomes you to the property.

This leads on the left-hand side to the comfortable, split-level living/dining area and through to the white, well-equipped fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace. There is also a utility room with washing machine.

On the right-hand side, there are the bedrooms & shower rooms - 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 shower rooms.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and Villa Alberto enjoys partial views of the sea.

There is a lovely swimming pool, a garden and sun terrace with parasols & comfortable sun loungers to relax on, and table & chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. There is also a roof terrace with table & chairs (note - low sided walls).

Entrance leading on the left-hand side to the living area with 2 grey-coloured sofas & 2 chairs, Satellite TV, WIFI, fireplace, ceiling fan and doors to terrace.

Up 2 steps to dining area with table & chairs, and through to white fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License – ET0519 ME

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
