Overview

Villa Palmera is situated on a residential road in the popular resort of Punta Prima.

It is walking distance from the family-friendly beach and the bars/cafes & restaurants in the resort.

A pretty villa, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/shower rooms and is the ideal choice for a family looking to holiday in Southeast Menorca.

The entrance hallway leads to ground floor, the dining area with table & chairs, and a step down to the living area with beamed ceilings & tiled floors, L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI & patio doors to terrace. There is also a traditional wood fire, ideal for the cooler months of the season.

Off the dining area is the kitchen with white fitted units and marble-topped work surfaces. There is an electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On this floor you will find two of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom (which can be prepared as a double on request). This bedroom has the use of a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

A staircase leads up to the first floor (horizontal railings on the staircase) and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also access to a small roof terrace/balcony.

Outside the property is a large, covered terrace area, accessible from both downstairs bedrooms, the living area and kitchen. There are two comfy sofas to relax in at one of the ends of the terrace and a dining table & chairs at the other end of the terrace. There is also a barbecue under another covered terrace, as well as a further dining table and seating area for alfresco dining.

A few steps down from the terrace is the lovely swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and pretty gardens.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.
