Overview

It is walking distance from the old fishing village of Binibeca with plenty of restaurants to choose from, in addition Binibeca Nou is a short walk away with further restaurants and the very pretty Binibeca Beach.

There is a large living/dining area with dining table which comfortably seats 8. There are three televisions in the property, one in the lounge, and then two of the bedrooms have one also. Each television has IPTV which includes all the UK channels plus extras.

The newly installed kitchen, offers everything you will need for a self-catering holiday It has an integrated electric oven, microwave, electric hob, kettle and toaster.

All four of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. There is a twin with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

There is a separate utility room that has a washing machine and sink.

The villa is in large grounds and has a small grassed area, well established plants and a good-sized swimming pool. There is a lovely terrace with a gas barbecue, chairs to relax and enjoy the shade, as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also a roof terrace from where there are sea views.

The villa is in large grounds and has a small, grassed area, well established plants, and a good-sized kidney shaped swimming pool (10 x 4.5m) which is heatable. There is a lovely terrace with a gas barbecue, chairs to relax and enjoy the shade, as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also a roof terrace from where there are sea views.

Location

Approximately 20 minutes’ walk to the beach and 5 minutes’ walk to the local bars/restaurants and shops in Binibeca Vell.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

NOTE – Leocadia is priced for maximum occupancy 8 pax and for the lower capacity of 6 pax. In the case of the latter, one of the twin bedrooms which share the bathroom (i.e. not one of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities) will be locked off by the owner and will not be available on 6 pax bookings.
