Ground floor - As you enter, you are welcomed into a cosy living room featuring a fireplace (not working from April to October), Satellite TV, WIFI, air-conditioning and two French doors opening to a delightful, covered terrace. The open plan living and dining area seamlessly blend and are complemented by a corner kitchen (with gas hob & electric oven, microwave & dishwasher) that adds functionality and convenience. A utility room with washing machine & tumble drier is also on this level.

Ground Floor – As you enter, you are welcomed into a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons), 1 full shower room.

First floor – wooden staircase (15 steps up & horizontal railings) up leading to 1 bedroom with king-size bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room.

Casa Degli Olivi di Dante is surrounded by a spacious terraced garden spanning one hectare, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Adjacent to the living room, there is a covered terrace, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying delightful al fresco dinners while overlooking the picturesque valley.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge of €150 payable locally.

Air-conditioning in the open plan living/dining & kitchen area, and the two bedrooms, included.

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge of 30 euros per day.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May (01/5/2025) until the beginning of October (01/10/25).

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
