The main house comprises of three floors, each designed to provide an unforgettable experience.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a guest cloakroom.

An elegant staircase (15 steps) leads to the first floor, where there are 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite and a further staircase (again 15 steps) leads to a further double bedroom and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath & separate shower.

Just a short distance from the main house, and across from the swimming pool, is the annexe-dependance with 3 further double bedrooms, again each with an en-suite, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

Borgo dei Masti is the ideal place for a large family or group of friends looking to holiday together but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation.

Note – The renovation of Borgo dei Masti is currently being completed by the owners and further photos will be available at the season start in April.

Ground Floor - Living room with feature stone walls & tiled floors, with two seating areas, Satellite TV, WIFI, ornamental fireplace (not for use) and doors to terrace, dining room with table & chairs and doors to terrace, archway to well-equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and doors to terrace.

Annexe / Dependance – just a short distance from the main house & across from the swimming pool;

Ground floor - Living room with sitting area and doors to terrace, archway to well-equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

This charming property is easily accessible via a paved road that winds through the lush greenery, offering a serene and picturesque approach.

The main house comprises of three floors;

Ground floor – guest cloakroom (no window).

First floor – accessed by a modern staircase, 15 steps with horizontal balustraded railings;

1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room.

Second floor – accessed by a further 15 steps;

1 double bedroom, sitting area, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (freestanding bath & separate shower). Note – sloping ceilings in both the bedroom and en-suite.

Annexe / Dependance – just a short distance from the main house & across from the swimming pool;

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor - accessed by 15 steps – 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

The property is partially fenced and features a well-maintained garden that separates the main villa and the annexe/dependence and the swimming pool.

The sunbathing area around the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas.

The terrace in front of the house is equipped with table & chairs for outdoor dining and affords stunning views of the vineyard and the swimming pool.

The garden offers sweeping views of the entire valley and the classic Tuscan terraced fields, where the owner carefully tends to the grapevines year after year.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.?

Final Cleaning: 650 Euros.

Electricity is included.

Air-conditioning in the living area & bedrooms, included - this comes under the electricity included.

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

The swimming pool is open from 01/05/2025 – 01/10/2025.

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over.
