Villa Dafne is an attractive, salmon-coloured villa with private swimming pool.

It offers spacious and comfortable on three levels and can accommodate 18 persons, with all 9 bedrooms having their own bathroom/shower room, making it the perfect choice for a group of friends or extended family wishing to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.

It is an elegant and charming residence where the simple spaces of a country house have been transformed into harmonious settings and the alchemy between the materials used have made it the perfect house for a relaxing, comfortable holiday base in Tuscany.

There is a comfortable living area & dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a space where you can work if needed, a private gym and a lovely outdoor area with private swimming pool, gardens and terraces.

Air-conditioning & WIFI throughout enrich the property.

Living Areas

The villa is accessed via beautiful wrought iron gates through a delightful well-kept garden with an entrance square. From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase (five steps) or through the covered parking that can accommodate up to six cars with a direct entrance to the villa.

The villa is set on three levels.

On the ground floor - A large entrance area with fireplace that that leads to the dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & pantry, as well as a reading room with library, office and a living room with Satellite TV & WIFI.

On the lower ground floor – Gym with exercise equipment (note – care to be taken when using equipment).

In a corner of the house, accessible only from outside, there is a laundry room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa is set on three levels;

On the ground floor – a cloakroom.

A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor;

Comprising of 5 double bedrooms all with private shower rooms (note - 3 don’t have a window).

On the lower ground floor – reached by an internal staircase from the ground floor - there are 4 bedrooms of which 3 are twin bedrooms, 1 is a double bedroom and 1 is single bedroom available on request, with en-suite bathroom/shower rooms (note - 3 don’t have a window).

Outside Areas

The exterior, with attention to the smallest details, is characterized by the well-kept area at the back of the villa, with a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace. There is a selection of terraces for relaxing and a barbecue area, with table & chairs, and a charcoal grill barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Other Items

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Final Cleaning: 500 Euros.

Electricity is included in the rental cost.

Air-conditioning throughout, included – note, this comes under the electricity included.

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge of €7/m3.

Note – It is an underfloor cooling/heating system.

The swimming pool is open from 01/05/2025 – 01/10/2025.

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over.
