Overview

The Ricrio Farm “Tenuta Ricrio” is a large estate of approximately 650 hectares and Villa Di Archi was the ancient manor house of the estate. The other houses featured were once the homes of the tenants, who farmed the land, and have subsequently been lovingly renovated by the owners, to become holiday rental properties, located in the surrounding countryside.

Villa Di Archi is accessed via a wrought iron gate, complete with intercom and code and the beautiful terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden below, surrounds the house and offers impressive 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside and beautiful hilltop villages of Casale Marittimo, Guardistallo and Montescudaio.

A majestic property, Villa Di Archi which offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation, and its ocre-coloured exterior can be seen from miles around.

The accommodation is arranged on two floors and can accommodate up to 16 persons, and the “Dependance” on the lower level is bookable in conjunction with Villa Di Archi and can accommodate a further 2 persons.

The Villa, the intimate and private chapel, the ample terrace and the lovely “old stables ,” are the perfect location and venue for weddings, corporate meetings, special birthdays and anniversaries or simply just a wonderful family holiday together.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs, are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Final cleaning charge of 490 euros at the end of the stay.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms, available at a supplementary charge

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Air-conditioning & Central heating, available on request, at a supplementary charge - charge based upon consumption. AC at 0.90euros/click & Gas for CHT at 6.50 euros/m3 gas.

The swimming pool is open from 17/05/25 - 27/09/25

The swimming pool has pool safety fencing which can be removed if not required

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate. It varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 yrs and over.
