Overview
Villa Marillo is an exceptional, five bedroom, five bathroom luxury villa with private pool situated in Varandas do Lago, a development of high quality properties centrally located between the prestigious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, table tennis table and pool table..Pool Heating is available for a supplemental charge.
Living Areas
Large living room with double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and complete with a flat screen TV with DVD player, SONOS surround sound system and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky channels. Separate air conditioned dining room.
The open plan design kitchen and everyday living area has been completely renovated. The very spacious kitchen area has been fitted with new high quality units and appliances throughout including a hob with a built in extractor, dual ovens, microwave, plate warmer, and other kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and fridge and freezer.
The renovation extends to the breakfast bar/island with its separate drinks area, wine cooler and fridge freezer. This leads to the snug with wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas and doors to the terrace.
On the lower level of the villa is the garage which has a table tennis table, is a utility room which houses the washing machine and dryer, and a games room with the pool table, a desk area and a separate tv/cinema room with a large 70” TV and an extensive surround sound system.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and an en suite shower room.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has twin beds, doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is the Master suite, with double bed (2.10 x 2.00 metres), doors to a large private terrace and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom five is a double room (1.80 x 2.00m bed), doors to terrace and an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres with steps entry, with the deep end 2.10 metres in depth and the shallow end 1.00 metre in depth. The pool can have safety fencing installed for a weekly supplemental charge..Pool Heating is available for a supplemental charge. Next to the poolside terrace, the exterior dining area houses the dining table and chairs and an integrated gas BBQ with food preparation area.
Location
Villa Marillo is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels changed midweek and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
The owner will not accept bookings over 10 persons, therefore extra beds cannot be requested.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
