Casa Ventura is a quality four bedroom villa located in Varandas do Lago, just five minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. Air conditioned throughout and with four en suite bathrooms.
Accommodation details- The property is built on two floors.The ground floor consists of bedrooms one and two, the guest cloakroom, the open plan living and dining room and the kitchen. Bedroom One is a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double, and with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room with an en suite shower room.
Living Areas
The large open plan living and dining room features television with the Laser cable channels, which include Sky Sports, and a DVD player. Three sets of patio doors lead out to the poolside terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances consist of an integrated fridge freezer, diswasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is also a small breakfast bar, television and I-pod docking station in the kitchen.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double, and with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room with an en suite shower room.
Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is a twin room with an en suite bathroom, and master bedroom four is a double room with King size bed(1.8m x 2m) with a separate dressing area, safe, private terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
The property benefits from peaceful surroundings, there is a traditional style barbecue and the pool measures 4.5 metres x 9.5 metres.

Casa Ventura is centrally positioned between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

Rates include maid service 2 times per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. The property has an alarm and an entry phone system installed, and is air conditioned throughout. Wi-Fi is available for clients use.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
