Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Amie, an impressive four bedroom villa with heated private pool and gym that is built on three levels and is located on the Varandas do Lago estate- a development of luxury villas very popular with holidaymakers who love the golden triangle area of the Algarve as it is centrally situated between the golfing resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. This majestic property has been finished to a high standard throughout and features air conditioning, Sky/BT sports channels and high speed wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

A Sonos system is available on the ground level of the villa, with speakers positioned in the kitchen, living room and a portable speaker for the exterior terrace- so you can download the app and stream your favourite music directly from your Smart device to the speakers.

There is also a table tennis table available at Villa Amie- perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Living Areas

A flight of steps leads up to the grand entrance hall of the villa. From here, you can access the TV room to the right, which is complete with a Sonos sound bar, surround sound and a large, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV which has a wide range of cable channels to choose from including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The room is air conditioned and furnished with comfy sofa seating. Patio doors open onto the front of the villa and the guest cloakroom is situated next to the home cinema room, off the hallway.

The kitchen is modern in design with a central island & four stools, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, and split unit air conditioning. This very well equipped kitchen has appliances including 2 dishwashers, four electric hobs, kettle, extractor fan, toaster, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, electric oven and grill, microwave, ice machine and a 2nd fridge with a separate freezer. Patio doors open onto the enclosed terrace area with rattan sofa seating.

Leading off the kitchen, the lounge/dining room is open plan with split unit air conditioning, ample comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (again showing the wide range of cable channels and with Netflix etc available), a dining table with seating for eight people, a wine cooler and double patio doors which open directly onto the poolside terrace. On the lower level of the villa you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Also on the lower level of the villa is a gym with padded floor, wall mounted TV showing the wide range of cable channels, split unit air conditioning and plenty of equipment including a punchbag, TRX suspension ceiling fixing point, weights bench and free weights (incl kettlebells).

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this is a double room with a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the front aspect of the villa.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is a twin or double room with a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is the master double room with split unit air conditioning, a separate dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with a table and two chairs. Bedroom four is a twin or double room with a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. (For bedrooms two and four, please request before your holiday if you would like the beds prepared as doubles).

Outside Space

The garden is partially laid to lawn with palm trees, banana trees and shrubs surrounding the generously sized poolside terraces. The swimming pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and has an electric cover and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Sun loungers are positioned on the poolside terrace for you to relax and soak up glorious Algarve sunshine. Next to the poolside terrace is a covered exterior barbecue area with an integrated gas BBQ, marble worktops, drinks fridge, cupboards, food preparation area and a sink.

Location

Villa Amie is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago on the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, the local golf courses and the Quinta shopping centre are also just a very short drive away.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; and bed linen changed weekly.
