Overview

Casa Natureza is a stylish 4 bedroom villa situated in the classy Varandas do Lago development between the award winning resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The property is built over three levels and is furnished to a high standard. There is fibre-optic wi-fi available, electric shutters and a centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls throughout. The ground floor consists of a lounge/dining area, kitchen, guest cloakroom and bedroom one. The first floor has bedrooms two, three and four. On the lower level of the property is the utility room. Outside, the property has a gated entrance and parking for 3 cars.

Living Areas

The large open plan lounge with comfortable seating features a large flat screen TV with lots of English cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. The dining area is positioned off the lounge and has seating for 8 people, and there are three sets of patio doors opening onto the partially covered pool terrace. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. Appliances include a coffee machine, manual juicer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, gas hobs and an electric oven. The lower level houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms have centralised air conditioning with individual room controls. Bedroom one on the ground floor is a double room with a super king size bed and ample wardrobe space and with patio doors opening up to the front of the villa. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the upper level of Casa Natureza. Bedroom two is a double room with super king size bed, ample wardrobe space, patio doors to a private terrace and an en-suite with shower. Bedroom three is a double room with super king size bed, ample wardrobe space with digital safe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom four is a double room with super king size bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The partially covered terrace is superb for outside dining with seating for 8 people and a further table seating up to 6 people. The villa gardens are private and not overlooked and there are 8 sunbeds to relax on in the hot summer days. There is also comfortable outside sofas and large beanbags to lounge on. The swimming pool measures approximately 11 metres x 6 metres. The green egg BBQ is no longer in situe it has now been replaced by a traditional charcoal BBQ.

Location

Casa Natureza is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a mid-week towel change and clean for stays of 7 nights. For stays of 14 nights guests receive the mid-week towel change and clean plus a weekly change over clean, towel change and bed linen change.

A hairdryer and pool towels are provided free of charge.
