Overview
Villa Olimpia is a premium quality four bedroom villa with private pool located in the lovely Varandas do Lago estate, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and is also close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. This spacious property represents excellent value for money and features Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room, furnished with comfy sofas and dining table with seating for eight persons. Flat screen TV with BBC and ITV channels and CD Player & radio. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hobs x 4, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and juicer. Breakfast table and 6 chairs. Separate utility with washing machine, iron & ironing board and extra drinks fridge.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a king sized double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes, doors to the terrace and an en suite shower unit.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Villa Olimpia. Bedroom three has a king sized double bed, wall mounted TV (which shows the same channels as the TV downstairs), split unit a/c, double wardrobes, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double vanities.
Bedroom four has twin beds, double wardrobes with safe, split unit a/c, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.
Outside Space
The spacious exterior of Villa Olimpia has plenty of outdoor seating areas including the shaded terrace with comfy seating area situated next to the poolside terrace. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and there is an exterior shower next to the pool, which measures 8 metres x 4 metres with steps entry. Charcoal BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs. There is room for the parking of two cars on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.
Location
Villa Olimpia is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are also just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and change of bathroom towels; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
There are two travel cots available at the villa which are free of charge upon prior request. There is a chair bed in the front bedroom which is suitable for a child available, please request this if required

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
