Overview

Villa Selena is an impressive and contemporary four bedroom villa situated on a quiet road in Quinta das Salinas, less than ten minutes walk from the Ancão beach and restaurant 2 Passos. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Lovely spacious and cosy open plan living, dining room and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave and oven; electric hobs; extractor; toaster; kettle; coffee maker; fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room on the first floor of the villa, with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board, next to the office area.

The living/dining area is complete with a wall mounted TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV, Wi-Fi internet, Bose CD player and DVD player and is furnished with a dining table for 4 persons and comfortable sofas. From the living area double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace and gardens.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa. This bedroom has a double bed which can be prepared as two twins upon request; an en suite shower room and doors to the garden. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedroom two, the master suite, is on the first floor of the villa and this double room is complete with a King sized bed; an en suite bathroom with large bath, separate shower unit and double wash basins; TV with satellite channels; double wardrobes with safe; exercise bike and doors to the first floor terrace.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 4 metres with steps entry. Shaded terrace with dining table, charcoal BBQ and a food preparation area with integrated electric grills and fryer. There are lots of places to relax in the immaculate gardens of Villa Selena- choose from the poolside terrace sun loungers, or the comfy sofas with parasol shading, or one of the two hammocks! A gate at the end of the garden provides direct and exclusive access to the road that takes you down to the lake and the Shack bar and diner.

Quinta das Salinas is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great central position- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant) are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week except for weekends and bank holidays. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
