Villa Selena is a recently renovated four bedroom property with a private pool, quietly tucked away on a peaceful street in the prestigious Quinta das Salinas area of Quinta do Lago. The interior of the villa has been thoughtfully designed to the highest standard, combining modern comfort with effortless coastal elegance. Ideally located, just a leisurely ten-minute stroll from the golden sands of Ancão Beach and the renowned beachfront restaurants Casa do Lago and 2 Passos. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the Algarve sunshine, this is the perfect retreat for those looking for a stylish and serene escape.

Living Areas

The bright and spacious open plan living area is designed for both style and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need during your stay, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, integrated electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, and four electric hobs with an extractor fan. At its centre, a sleek island with a breakfast counter and four stools provides a welcoming spot for morning coffee.

The adjoining dining area offers a large table with seating for eight. The comfortable lounge is furnished with generous sofa seating and a fireplace, along with a wall mounted Smart TV offering a wide range of English speaking channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (guests are welcome to log in with their own accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services). Triple glass patio doors flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the pool terrace and landscaped garden. A guest cloakroom is conveniently located near the entrance, and a separate utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, Bedroom One is a double room featuring fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and a wall mounted Smart TV offering the same wide selection of English speaking channels as the main living area. The en suite shower room includes a walk-in shower. Patio doors open directly onto the garden, allowing natural light to fill the space.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where bedrooms two, three, and four are located. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a versatile double room that can also be arranged as a twin upon prior request, complete with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors from this room open onto a shared balcony with bedroom four.

Bedroom four is the elegant master double suite, with fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, and a safe for valuables. It also features split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with the same channel selection as the other TVs in the villa. The en suite shower room includes double vanities. Double patio doors lead onto the shared balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.

Outside Space

The beautifully landscaped garden is impeccably maintained and offers complete privacy, creating the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. The swimming pool, measuring approximately 8m x 4m, features gentle steps for easy entry and is surrounded by a smart poolside deck furnished with eight sun loungers and two parasols, ideal for soaking up the Algarve sunshine. A shaded terrace provides a wonderful space for al fresco dining, complete with a large table and eight chairs. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, a gas BBQ is on hand for preparing delicious meals to share. Elsewhere in the garden, a second shaded seating area sits peacefully between the olive and lemon trees, offering a quiet spot to unwind with a book or an evening drink. A gate at the end of the garden provides direct and exclusive access to the road leading down to the lake and the popular Shack Bar & Diner.

Quinta das Salinas is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great central position- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant) are within 10 minutes walking distance.
