The Beach Villa is a charming four bedroom villa of traditional design that enjoys a simply unbeatable beachfront location directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Vale do Lobo, next to the famous Praca. Waking up to the gentle sound of the waves, here you can choose to sunbathe on the poolside or roof terraces; take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or bask on the sun-kissed beach that is literally on your doorstep.

Air conditioning throughout the property and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates.

PLEASE NOTE- The villa will be totally transformed in 2025, and will be undergoing a major refurbishment project to create a stunning high specification four bedroom property with large open plan living spaces and a rooftop jacuzzi in which to enjoy the stunning ocean and coastal views! The prices for 2025 reflect the new enhanced product, we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, extractor, integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a hand blender. There is an additional American style fridge in the dining area which is furnished with a table and seating for six people. Patio doors open onto an internal courtyard, and from here stairs lead up to the roof terrace with absolutely stunning sea views.

From the dining area steps lead down to the air conditioned lounge which is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a variety of international cable channels, UK channels such as BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, plus Netflix, YouTube and Disney plus. There is also a DVD player and a top of the range Marshall bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite music directly from your own smart device. From the lounge, patio doors lead outside to the covered dining terrace with electric shutters that open up to the poolside terrace with beautiful beach and ocean views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All ground floor

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the separate bathroom with shower unit and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a flat screen Smart TV showing international channels including some English language channels- please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. This bedroom also has an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The poolside terrace has direct access via the private gate to the sandy shores of Vale do Lobo beach and a pathway that leads directly to the Praca. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps for convenient entry,. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sunbeds and two parasols if you prefer a little shade, this really is an incredible spot to relax and listen to the waves lapping on the shore. For the chefs in your party, cook all your al fresco meals on the gas BBQ, enjoying them on the outside dining table and chairs. Additionally, there are further tables and chairs on the terrace.

The roof terrace has stunning unspoilt views of the ocean and the coast stretching all the way to Albufeira. This generously sized roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing.

There is one parking space at the property near the front door.

Location

The Beach Villa occupies a stunning frontline beach location and is literally a minute's walk from the Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and also family entertainment during the summer months. The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and there is also the renowned tennis academy. A variety of sporting activities are available in the local area including horse riding.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
