Overview

Villa Jeanette is an impressive four bedroom detached villa with a large private pool, putting green and table tennis table. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo. Set in an expansive plot with landscaped gardens, this villa is a short stroll from the magnificent beach and the shops, bars and restaurants of the fashionable ‘Praca’. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

As you enter the property you will find the TV room/study on the left- this room is complete with a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), a Blu-ray DVD player, a comfortable sofa, a desk and split unit air conditioning.

Moving on through to the large lounge with a wall mounted flat screen showing the same channels as the TV room, comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning and a fireplace for the cooler months. A step upwards leads you up to the air conditioned dining area complete with a table and seating for eight people and a wine cooler. The large patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is complete with split unit air conditioning and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, kettle, Nespresso and a coffee peculator, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and a juicer. The utility area off the kitchen houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and an extra fridge. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Again, patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Bedroom four is the master double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside.

Outside Space

The spacious outside area with landscaped gardens and a large pool measuring approximately 12m x 5m (and which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), the sunny terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, a day bed and two dining tables each seating six people. The gas BBQ is perfect for preparing the family al fresco meals. A spiral iron staircase leads up to the roof terrace which is an amazing spot for sundowners! Also at the poolside you can relax on the swing seat or alternatively on the comfy outside sofas and chairs. There are two awnings and two large parasols if you refer a little shade. The putting green and table tennis table are the perfect extra for some family tournaments.

Location

Villa Jeanette is centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, a classy destination with two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; the clubhouse with restaurant, shops and spa; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, where you will find a wide range of bars and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches in this area of the Algarve are some of the most beautiful along this stunning coastline.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
