Overview
Villa Garrao is a charming three bedroom linked property with a private swimming pool, nestled in the sought after Varandas do Lago resort which enjoys a prime location between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and also just a short distance from some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve.
Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The air conditioned living and dining room are open plan and comfortably furnished with two sofas, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for six people. There is a variety of books to enjoy during your stay. Double patio doors lead to the front garden and poolside terrace.
The kitchen is complete with a breakfast table and four chairs and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven & grill, extractor, four gas hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle & a fridge freezer. Patio doors lead to an outside covered dining space.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the front garden. This bedroom has use of the adjacent guest shower room.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV and use of the separate full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors off the landing open onto a private balcony furnished with outside sofa, chairs and two sunbeds.
Outside Space
The swimming pool measures approx. 5m x 3m and has a ladder for convenient entry, the poolside terrace is furnished with four sunbeds. For the chefs in the group there is a charcoal BBQ and all your al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the covered dining area complete with a table and chairs.
Location
Varandas do Lago is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a couple of minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao or a 10 minute walk. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, horse riding and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a mid-week light maid cleaning service & bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean with bathroom towels & bed linen change. Pool towels, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
